TRACK TIME: 25 MINS QUALIFYING, 2 x 30 MINS RACE (inc. mandatory pitstop)

This grid celebrates the pioneering era of motor racing. The cars must be close to the original production specification, run in ‘road-going’ trim, have wings and lights, and use ordinary pump fuel.
The period between the 1920s and 1930s was a transformative era for racing. Over these two decades, racing cars became increasingly specialised, engineered for speed, endurance, and aerodynamics.
This golden age saw the rise of many great marques, whose innovation and performance left a lasting mark on motorsport history. The likes of Alfa Romeo, Alvis, Aston Martin, Alta, Bentley, Bugatti, Delage, Delahaye, Frazer Nash, Lagonda, MG, Morgan, Riley, Talbot or Talbot-Lago all emerged at the forefront of motoring.
Each brought bold advancements, from lightweight construction techniques to early forced induction systems. The result was an arms race of innovation that produced some of the most legendary machines ever built.
