NEW places, new races:
The Updated 2026 calendar

The Motor Racing Legends team is delighted to unveil an updated calendar for 2026, a year set to be defined by new racing opportunities, expanded grids, and a schedule shaped by competitor feedback.

Donington Park, Brands Hatch, Charade: Three MRL Festivals
At the heart of an exciting schedule are three Motor Racing Legends headline meetings. Donington Historic Festival returns from 1st-3rd May, alongside two all-new events at superb circuits. Brands Hatch in Kent will host the London Historic Trophy, 19th-21st June, whilst the famed Trophées d’Auvergne are revived at Charade in France, a venue Sir Stirling Moss described as “the most beautiful circuit in the world”, 10th-12th July.

A New Centrepiece at Silverstone
Motor Racing Legends will also take centre stage at the new BRDC Classic at Silverstone, 24th-26th July, with eight grids on show at this new blue riband historic event in the UK. This huge new event will host the debuts of two new grids, GP Icons and Endurance Icons.

Celebrating at the Spiritual Home of GT3
GT3 Legends will mark the 20th anniversary of the eponymous category with a support slot alongside the world’s biggest GT race, the Crowdstrike 24 Hours of Spa, 26th-28th June.

Autumn Adventures
Further continental flavour is provided by a visit to Circuit Dijon-Prenois and the Dijon Motors Cup for three grids, whilst Generations Trophy’s competitors will experience one of the UK’s best driving circuits at the Castle Combe Autumn Classic. Both events take place on 11th-13th September.

The traditional season-closing Silverstone GP meeting returns, rounding out what will be a superb season on 17th-18th October.

New Races
There are some tweaks to Motor Racing Legends’ grid roster for the new season.

Mid-century GT and touring cars now have three places to race:

• The Royal Automobile Club Pall Mall Cup: offering two-hour races for pre-‘66 GT and touring cars, and pre-’61 sports racing cars
• Pre-‘66 GT Sprint: A new format of one-hour races for pre-’66 GT cars
• Top Hat: 45-minute races for pre-‘66 touring cars, run in collaboration with our partners HRDC

Focus on the Social Side
Competitor feedback continues to guide the evolution of the Motor Racing Legends programme, ensuring each season delivers not only the very best historic racing opportunities but also an exceptional paddock experience.

In 2026, top-quality hospitality will be present at every event, providing a welcoming social hub and home-from-home for all drivers and their teams, with the high standards of catering entrants have come to expect. Each meeting will also feature a dedicated party or social gathering, ensuring that camaraderie and community remain at the heart of every Motor Racing Legends weekend.

Entries for the 2026 season will open in early December, with some very special early bird entry fees.
